1) What this site is

4th Move Logic is a browser-based training platform that teaches technique through drills and simulations. It does not operate a casino, does not accept deposits, and does not facilitate real-money gambling.

2) Eligibility (18+)

This site is intended for adults. If you are under the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, do not use this site.

3) No financial advice / no promises

Training content is educational. It is not financial advice, and it does not guarantee winnings. Real-world gambling involves risk, variance, and rules that may differ from the training simulations.

4) Local training progress

By default, training progress is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or switching devices may reset your progress unless you implement account sync later.

5) Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break the site, overload it, scrape it aggressively, or interfere with other users.
  • Do not upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

6) Advertising and third parties

Ads are not currently displayed. If ads are introduced in the future, they will appear on training module pages only, and this section will be updated before any ad technology is deployed. Ad partners may use their own tags/cookies to measure performance. See Privacy
